Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €262 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
As a reminder, while staying with us, you will need to have a temporary membership which includes all of the amenities the community has to offer. These fees are mandatory no matter what time of season you stay and if you use the amenities or not. These fees will be charged after your booking is complete. They include an Administrative Fee, Parking Card Fee and a daily membership fee for each person over the age of 6.
